10-Day Cool-Off Period for Refunds
We provide a 10-day "cool-off" period from the date of your purchase. If you find the digital product isn't what you expected within this 10-day window, you may be eligible for a full refund.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund during the 10-day cool-off period, you must meet the following criteria:
- Request within 10 Days: Your refund request must be submitted within 10 calendar days from the exact date and time of your original purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: You'll need to provide valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or the confirmation email you received.
- Limited Use/Download: While we understand you need to access the product to evaluate it, we reserve the right to deny a refund if there's clear evidence of excessive download, consumption, or utilization that suggests full and complete use rather than just an evaluation. For example:
- For online courses: If a significant portion of the course content (e.g., more than 25%) has been completed, or if all downloadable resources have been accessed.
- For e-books/digital files: If the entire file has been downloaded and appears to have been fully consumed.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Date of purchase
- The name of the digital product you wish to refund
- A brief reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
Refund Process
- Once we receive your refund request and confirm your eligibility, we'll process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Beyond the 10-day cool-off period, our digital products are generally non-refundable. Additionally, refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- After the 10-day cool-off period has expired.
- For products obtained through promotions, giveaways, or free trials.
- If you have violated our Terms of Service (if applicable).
- If the product was purchased from an unauthorized third-party reseller.
- For incompatibility issues that were clearly stated in the product description (e.g., specific software requirements, operating system limitations) but not reviewed by you prior to purchase.
Product Access After Refund
Upon the approval and processing of a refund, your access to the digital product will be immediately revoked. This includes, but is not limited to, deactivating software licenses, revoking access to online course platforms, or rendering downloaded files unusable (where technically feasible).
