We serve as performance planners for the next generation.
The Discipline Program begins by identifying each student’s goals and assessing their current position relative to those aspirations. From there, we develop a tailored performance plan, present it to the student for feedback, and implement it with actionable, achievable milestones, each with a clear timeline.
Once the plan is underway, we provide targeted tools based on the student’s specific needs. If they need assistance with study techniques, we start there. If they’re doing well academically but struggling with athletic performance, we focus on nutrition and sleep, crafting strategies to maximize their energy for peak performance.
Our approach is highly adaptable; we adjust each program to align with the student’s feedback and emerging needs. At LumenTrek, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution—each plan is uniquely designed for each student.
Our program isn't about physical training; it's a mental performance enhancement program.
By mastering time management, setting clear goals, and understanding your role within the team, students will develop the discipline and focus needed to excel.
They will learn to optimize their practice time, recover effectively with proper sleep and nutrition, and create personalized workout plans to maximize their potential.
By embracing a growth mindset and consistently applying these strategies, they'll experience significant improvements in their athletic performance and overall well-being.
Our program is designed to help students unlock their full potential, including academics.

At LumenTrek we understand that students have many responsibilities they have to juggle. Between school, athletics, chores, friends and family, their schedules can be full.
In the Discipline Program, students will have weekly homework, such as practicing the habit we're focusing on (e.g., making the bed daily). They'll also complete a fill-in-the-blank worksheet for key tools discussed and review the previous session by either watching the video or listening to the audio. Overall, this 'homework' is designed to benefit students and should minimally impact their schedules
To ensure our program reaches its full potential, students should possess the following qualities:
We believe that the tools we provide students will not only help them reach their goals but also support their journey to becoming independent adults.
With this in mind, parental involvement is essential, yet maintaining a respectful distance allows students the space they need to learn and grow.
For example, one of the skills we teach is time management and scheduling. We encourage students to create their own schedules, book their appointments with us, and set reminders. We expect the students to coordinate with parents to ensure the chosen times fit the family’s calendar, as we understand some logistics may be beyond the student’s control.
We also encourage parents to step back from tasks students can manage independently, like making their bed, cleaning their room, and brushing their teeth. These daily habits build discipline, but they need to be self-driven for students to develop a true sense of responsibility. When tasks are assigned solely by parental authority, it can reduce the student’s internal motivation and sense of ownership.
